Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data SZR-SNLK processes when you use this website and send a booking request, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The controller is SZR-SNLK. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at the contact details on this website.
What data we process
- Booking request: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, flight number and time, child seats, vehicle preference and your special requests.
- The language in which you used the website.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed to deliver the website; a one-way keyed hash of the IP address (not the address itself) is saved with your request to prevent abuse.
- Address suggestions: the text you type in a location field is sent to our own transfer operations system to show suggestions; it is not shared with third parties.
Why and on what legal basis
- To handle your booking request, contact you and, after confirmation, carry out your transfer (steps prior to and performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 5(2)(c) KVKK).
- To protect the website against spam and abuse (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules, once a service has been provided.
Who receives your data
Your request is only visible to authorised staff of SZR-SNLK. After confirmation, the driver assigned to your transfer receives the data needed to carry it out (such as your name, pickup point and flight). We use service providers for hosting and sending e-mails, bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Security and storage
Your phone number and e-mail address are stored encrypted. Access is limited by role and logged. We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and transfer and to meet statutory retention obligations; after that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
No profiling
We do not make automated decisions about you and do not create profiles. The language suggestion based on your browser and country is only a convenience; you can change the language at any time.
