These terms apply to the use of this website and to booking requests sent through it.

Booking request, not a confirmed booking

Sending the form creates a booking request with a request number. A contract for a transfer only comes into existence when SZR-SNLK confirms your request. Until then we may decline the request, for example if no vehicle is available.

Price and payment

No payment is taken on this website and no prices are shown as binding. The price of your transfer is communicated to you together with the confirmation.

Your details

Please enter correct and complete details, in particular the date, time, pickup point, number of passengers and your contact details. Inform us immediately of any changes, quoting your request number.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or withdraw your request at any time before confirmation by contacting us. The conditions for changing or cancelling a confirmed booking are communicated with the confirmation.

Availability of the website

We strive to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Address suggestions are a convenience; if they are unavailable you can type the address.
